Hi! I’m Emily Costin. I first got into real estate while attending UNC Wilmington, and that’s where I discovered how much I enjoy helping people achieve homeownership. In 2009, I stepped into the mortgage world and spent the next 15 years mastering the process from the inside out in loan processing.

Today, as a VP of Mortgage Lending at America’s #1 Retail Mortgage Lender, I work directly with clients to make the financing side of buying a home feel simple and easy to understand.
