Hello! My name is David Lemon, and I’m dedicated to guiding you through your homeownership journey. I’ve lived in the Central Florida area since 1998 and have owned and operated several businesses over the past 25 years, ranging from the service industry to real estate and mortgage.

 

I joined CrossCountry Mortgage in November after previously working in the mortgage business before the crash, a time when I discovered how much I truly enjoy this industry. Today, I believe it’s a great time to be in home financing — with many positive changes happening across the economy.
