Hello! My name is JC Baltazar, and I’m a loan officer serving homebuyers and homeowners from our Seattle, WA branch with support from America’s #1 Retail Mortgage Lender.

I joined the mortgage industry in 2016 because I’m passionate about helping families achieve their homeownership goals and build long-term wealth through real estate. I specialize in purchase financing, including conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, renovation, Non-QM and down payment assistance programs.

Outside of work, I enjoy discovering new restaurants with my family, following Formula 1, traveling and taking advantage of everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer, from hiking and wine tasting to live music events.
