My name is Braden Flaherty, and I’m a loan officer with America’s #1 Retail Mortgage Lender, based in Scottsdale and serving homebuyers across Arizona.

Before entering the mortgage industry, I built my career in sales across door-to-door, financial technology, and medical device industries. Those experiences shaped my approach to business. I take the time to understand each client’s goals and make the mortgage process clear and personal. I pride myself on being responsive, reliable and informative. I bring a problem-solving mindset and a commitment to finding the right path forward.

Outside of work, I’m a triplet and one of five children. Growing up in a big family taught me the value of connecting with different personalities and building strong relationships. Raised in Sun Valley, Idaho, I developed a passion for freestyle skiing that continues today. Now calling Scottsdale home, I enjoy golfing, playing pickleball, staying active and spending time with friends and family.
