I’m Jeffry W. Gay, a senior loan officer with a passion for helping families achieve the dream of homeownership. I began my mortgage career in 2004 after retiring from 20 years in the United States Air Force, where I proudly flew with important government officials and other VIPs. That same commitment, precision and service now define how I guide clients through the mortgage process.

I specialize in VA loans, helping Veterans and Active-Duty Service Members maximize their hard-earned benefits. I also assist clients with conventional, FHA, refinance and purchase home loans, always going above and beyond to deliver a smooth, reliable closing experience.

Known for my motto, “Smoking Bones and Closing Loans,” I bring creativity, dedication and value to every transaction — sometimes even celebrating with award-winning BBQ at closing. Outside of home financing, I’m a world-champion pitmaster, musician, DJ, golfer, proud grandfather of seven and lifelong Dallas Cowboys fan.
