Hello, my name is Steph Cafferty! I’m a loan officer with a strong foundation in mortgages and a background spanning both residential and commercial real estate. With years of expertise and the support of America’s #1 Retail Mortgage Lender, I’ll help you find the right home loan solution.

I began my career with the Simmons Team, where I spent nine years as a production manager and loan consultant. I helped support originators, originated loans myself, managed complex loan files and built the team’s operational foundation. I later stepped away from home financing to focus on the commercial real estate sector and to further my education, earning a master’s degree in real estate from Georgetown University.

Since then, I’ve returned to home loans and the Simmons Team with a broader perspective and a renewed focus on delivering you a smooth, detail-driven and client-focused mortgage experience from application through closing.
