Hi! I’m Shawn Peterson. I’ve spent over 10 years in real estate. My career journey has taken me from York, Pennsylvania, to Virginia Beach and finally to Jacksonville in 2023, a city that quickly became home.

Over the years, I’ve learned that successful real estate transactions are built on communication, trust and strong relationships. I take pride in building lasting relationships with my clients and real estate partners and keeping communication consistent from start to finish.

Now, as a loan officer with America’s #1 Retail Mortgage Lender, I offer a variety of loan options, including conventional, FHA, VA, USDA and Non-QM loans. I also offer down payment assistance programs to help qualified buyers achieve their homeownership goals.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, spending time at the beach and taking long walks with my 3-year-old Bernedoodle. I’m proud to call Jacksonville home and love being part of this community!
