Hello! My name is Jose Ortiz, and I’m a bilingual loan officer at our Niles, OH branch. I joined the mortgage industry in October 2020 with the goal of helping our Hispanic and Latino communities. There was a noticeable lack of help in the community on the home financing side, especially with language barriers, and I wanted that to change.
