Hello! I’m Jacob Rozenberg, a loan officer at the Morganville, NJ branch of America’s #1 Retail Mortgage Lender. After earning an economics degree from New York University in 2008, I founded a commercial mortgage brokerage, building a career centered on strategic execution and client-focused solutions.

I work with clients to structure financing across a range of transactions, including second homes, construction and investment properties. I take a thoughtful approach, tailoring each deal to align with the client’s goals while navigating the realities of the current market.

With real estate sales experience, I bridge the financing and acquisition sides of transactions to ensure a smooth process. I’m known for my professionalism and responsiveness, delivering clear guidance and reliable execution, no matter the complexity of the deal.

In my free time, I’m a marine fishing expert, and I volunteer at the local food pantry twice a month. My other hobbies include aviation and motor vehicles.
