Hi, I’m Daniel Segovia. Buying a home or refinancing can feel overwhelming — especially when the numbers and paperwork aren’t clear. My job is to simplify the process and guide you step by step, so you understand your options and feel confident in your decisions.

I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) loan officer serving clients across Ohio with America’s #1 Retail Mortgage Lender. I’m also a U.S. Navy Veteran and real estate investor with firsthand experience using VA financing and building long-term property ownership. I believe no one should sign what they don’t understand, so I take time to explain the timeline, documentation and monthly payment details in plain language.
