Hi, I’m Sheena, and I first started with CrossCountry Mortgage back in 2004 as an administrative assistant, helping my cousin’s fledgling business. Together, he and my now-husband convinced me to become a loan officer in 2007, and I’ve never looked back.

My workday doesn’t end when the clock hits 5:00. I take calls and answer customer questions at any time of the day, ensuring I’m available to everyone. When I say something can be done, I do everything possible to make sure it happens. I work with individuals throughout the entire loan cycle—from that first call looking for assistance to filling out loan applications and walking them through every step of the process until closing is complete.
