Hello! My name is Velvet Anguiano, and I’m a loan officer at our Chicago, IL branch. I joined the mortgage industry in 1998 to help my community achieve the dream of owning a home.

At America’s #1 Retail Mortgage Lender, I specialize in FHA, conventional, HomeReady®, Home Possible®, IHDA and more loan programs. I take every client and every loan very personally, guiding my clients through the entire process step by step to provide the best home purchase experience.

On a personal note, I have been married for 28 years to my husband Khurram. We have a beautiful daughter, Nadia, who is currently a senior at Lane Tech High School and will be heading to Madison Wisconsin University in the fall. When I’m not working, I enjoy cooking homemade meals, gardening on my outdoor deck, going on long walks with our dog Duke and spending time with good friends. My biggest passion is interior design.
